We believe that the integrity as well as combined skill of our staff comprise Sterling’s greatest asset, and it is a point of pride and company strength that many of our staff continue in employment with us for the long term. Still, occasionally we need to bring in additions to our crew. Even though we might not be actively hiring at present, we welcome opportunities to cultivate relationships with individuals which may lead to a mutually beneficial working relationship in the future.

A letter of introduction detailing your work or life experience, as well as why you think you might be able to bring value to the company, is a great place to start. Letters which convey a genuine sense of self rather than generic resume language will always invite our greater interest. Generally speaking, individuals with direct industry experience are the most desirable candidates for employment, but we’ve also made some excellent hires with people who had never worked in a frame shop but who could demonstrate aptitude, either gained through ancillary experience or innate ability.
